The Christmas Penquin
It is that time of year again! Time to “Think Christmas”!
OK, I know, I am sure there is at least one person out there saying, ” I am all done”. I am not done, I have not even started! I am that person that still has half-finished Halloween crafts still sitting on her craft table. (I also can’t walk and chew gum at same time either), but that’s another story.
So, to get back on subject, I have already started getting myself into the Holiday mood. My tv is permanently stuck on the Hallmark Channel, who started their 24/7 Christmas movies the Friday before Halloween. I bought myself a cd of Elvis’s Christmas Classics and it is now my only playlist and I have gone through my craft stash and pulled out all the Christmas related projects and embellishments I could find. (the pile is huge)
I knew I needed a craft for today’s posting, so I just stood and stared at the piles of Christmas sparklies. ( I was expecting something to pop up and say ME) Then I spotted this shabby cardboard box shoved to the back. Inside was 10 boxes of plain glass balls. (I buy bulk) Well, I had my challenge, I have to come up with enough ideas to decorate 40 or so glass balls. Lucky me. and Luck You! I get to share my ideas with you.
So without further ado (or silly distractions) I introduce to you glass ball idea #1:
