DIY Lighted Dollar Tree Gift Bag Canvas
About a year ago I tried to make my very first Lighted Canvas using a Dollar Tree Dollar Tree Gift Bag. I even made a small step by step tutorial on how I did it, “A Day of First“. After I finished my first canvas I went on to do several more. I tried all different ways and products. After doing so many I was able to come up with some little Tips and Tricks to make it easier and for me a bit more fun. I thought I should pass these little ideas on to you and maybe you can use them or they can spark an idea in you so you come up with a simpler way of doing this.
I must warn you now, this is not a “FAST” project and probably not much fun for a young child. It has a lot of drying time, which makes it great as a time fill in during small breaks while doing housework, before work or doing other projects. Each step only takes 10 to 15 minutes each and there are 6 steps. This is a long project, but it is so worth it. I promise you will love it!

Below is a Video showing how I do mine. This is a long video, my apologies, but I wanted to try and answer any questions you might have.
